
We work closely with all of our landowners to maximise the potential of their land in terms of value, quality and legacy.
From initial contact we will provide clear and transparent communication, setting out the planning potential of a site and our proposals for how best to unlock its value.
We are flexible and can structure deals to best suit all parties, with our typical arrangement being an Option Agreement where we gain planning consent (at our cost and risk) and then purchase the land. We have also entered into Promotion Agreements, Conditional and Unconditional Purchases and are always keen to explore the best arrangement for all parties.

Public Consultation
We engage closely with the existing community in relation to all of our proposed developments. In addition to speaking to Parish or Town Councils and to neighbouring residents, on larger scale projects we will hold a more formal Public Consultation.
