2026 is gearing up to be a very busy year for Laxton Properties with the acquisition of our site at Pitstone for 5 houses, following the grant of planning consent for this development of 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
We have also recently recieved planning consent for another development of 5 houses at Hyde Street, Aston Clinton, on a site that we bought unconditionally a few months ago.
With groundworks already underway at Pitstone and construction well underway at Stone that means that we will be building on 3 sites this year, delivering a total of 25 homes spread across Stone (15), Pitstone (5) and Aston Clinton (5).
