Having unconditionally acquired a redundant care home in Stone, Aylesbury last year Laxton Properties is delighted to have secured planning permission for the redevelopment of the site to provide 15 new homes.
In a 'classic contemporary' style, all of the homes will be A rated at EPC, utilising Air Source Heat Pumps, solar panels and high levels of insulation.
In addition the development will provide over £500,000 in planning contributions towards education provision, the enhancement of the recreation ground and its pavilion, NHS services, BNG and off site Affordable Housing.
This combination of providing much needed homes on a brownfield site, together with ensuring that the village benefits from development, has meant that we have achieved active support from the existing community, including from neighbours and the Parish Council, with whom we have engaged closely.
