Laxton optimised the design of the site by working closely with neighbours and the Town Council, which stated that they felt the proposals to be making 'best possible use of the land'.

Having gained consent we assisted the land owner with the purchase of her new property and with the moving process; we pride ourselves on offering the highest possible level of service to both our landowners and our purchasers.
