Laxton Properties engaged closely with the neighbours, Parish Council and Chiltern District Council to maximise the size of the development potential, securing planning permission for three large houses considerably in excess of the size originally deemed suitable by the Planning Officer. In additional to regular meetings and discussions with interested parties we also hosted an Archaeological Open Day with our archaeologist presenting talks on our exploratory works on this section of Grim’s Ditch, which runs through the site.
