Previously the site of a derelict bungalow Laxton secured planning consent for a replacement house for the landowner, together with two homes for sale. One of those homes was sold prior to commencement of development, allowing the purchasers to select their own finishes and choice of kitchen and bathrooms. The retention of a new build home by the landowner is a very efficient way of maximising the value he has achieved from the development of his land and is a model that we are happy to consider on other sites.
